Through our team of dedicated Recruitment Consultants, we aim to provide the highest standards of recruitment and on-boarding for both client and candidates alike. Our candidates are fully vetted by our team and will be interviewed and referenced before being sent over for a role. We follow the recruitment process from inception to completion making the process as easy as possible for both client and candidate.

Throughout the duration of the hiring process we remain in regular contact with your hiring managers, reviewing and adapting our service, if needed, as the vacancies progress through each stage.

Capacity is one of Silverbacks key strengths. We have 3 main bases for recruitment; Ireland, the UK and the Nordics through our Dublin office and Poland and Central Europe through our Lublin office as well as Romania and southern Europe through our Cernavoda office. We have a vast database of candidates and contacts to draw upon when sourcing roles.

We have the resources to provide our clients with both permanent and contract / temporary staff depending on the life cycle of the project and our clients preferred approach.
