We’re delighted to announce that SilverBack has expanded its service offering in recent months with the launch of a Professional and Technical recruitment division. This new division has been established to complement SilverBack’s existing supply of skilled workforces to our clients on mission critical construction projects throughout Europe.
The new offering aims to target the need for both temporary and permanent professional and technical staff across the mission critical sector, as we’ve seen a marked increase in our clients winning more work throughout 2020 coupled with an ever increasing pipeline of work into 2021/22. There’s an immediate need for experienced candidates to augment site teams throughout Europe in order to deliver these projects.

The new white collar recruitment function is headed up by Ciaran Carr – Head of Recruitment. Ciaran has joined SilverBack having spent the past 8 years working in the Construction Recruitment Sector in Ireland and the UK. He aims to provide the best candidate and customer experience when it comes to recruiting internationally for the mission-critical construction sector.
