Rafal brings over 15 years of electrical experience to SilverBack. A graduate of the University of Włocławek and owner of his own electrical company; his adventure with SilverBack has seen him work on many different projects, such as innovative fabric recycling projects, renewable energy projects, and data centres.

His roles have evolved from electrician to vice team leader to foreman.
