Tomasz has been working as a white wall operative with over 15 years of experience on major projects in the data centre and heavy industrial sectors in Sweden, the UK and Poland. His last three years have been with SilverBack on projects throughout Sweden.

“My role with SilverBack has evolved greatly since my first role as a White Wall Installer. Since then I have had the opportunity to progress to team leader and then to foreman. I work very closely with the end contractors, having a great influence on projects from the start to completion”.

For the last year, Tomasz has supported SilverBack on a major Data Centre project, taking the lead on the entire white wall installation contract; liaising constantly with our client and employees to ensure the efficiency of production.
