We were delighted to welcome Darren Greenan of Amledif Consulting to SilverBack to start our LEAN journey to maximize value while minimizing waste.

Darren held the LEAN workshop last week in our Dublin head office for our colleagues in Ireland, the UK, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, and Italy.
