We believe in making the process of using SilverBack as easy and straightforward for our clients as possible.

We organise and manage our workers’ international travel, local travel, accommodation, payroll and general employee management. We select suitable foremen/team leaders and include hand tools in order to quickly integrate our teams with your work site, where they then work under the client’s supervision and control.

Throughout the duration of projects, we remain in regular contact with your project/site management, reviewing and adapting our service, if needed, as the project progresses.
